Lots of action happening from the Murjani Group in the coming months. While they've partnered with Gucci and opened the country's first store in Mumbai last week, an official launch party for the brand will take place on October 13 next month.
Welcoming the high profile guests will be the low profile and ultra-dynamic Mark Lee, CEO of Gucci. The evening will begin at the store and be followed by dinner and more at the Oberoi Hotel. Gold, bellinis and lemon cellos will be washed down with DJ Michel Gaubert's (who has worked on all Gucci shows) tunes.

A week later, La Perla will host a sunset soiree with Anna Masotti, heiress of the lingerie and swimwear house, at hand. Pulling out the stops, expect to see some Hollywood glam flying down especially for the event. American Idol judge Paula Abdul might also be attending.

Just as you thought it couldn't get any hotter, get ready to rub shoulders with glamorous fashionista Tamara Melon on November 1. She'll be in town to host a party for the launch of the first Jimmy Choo boutique in Mumbai. The guest list will comprise of the Indian glitterati 'sitting on the right side of sexy'!
